The front door
In pilotFor the student workers, not the students. A worker types the question they were just asked and gets the answer, the policy it came from, and a ruling.
What starts it
A student worker at the counter is asked something nobody trained them for, and the queue behind them keeps growing.
What Eli does
The worker types the question they were just asked. They get the answer, the policy it came from, and a ruling: answer it, answer with caution, or get an adviser.
What a person decides
The worker decides whether to answer or escalate, with the policy in front of them. Every question it cannot answer goes onto a list of what the office never wrote down, and that list is the part a supervisor can act on.
This one is built and running with a design partner rather than open as a self-serve demo. The fastest way to see it is a pilot on your own queue.
Every demo runs on synthetic data. No real student, IRS, or FAFSA records.
