Forms and guided intake

A student writes two sentences about what changed. Eli names the two or three forms your office publishes that could apply, with why each might fit and what to attach. The student picks.

What starts it

A student does not know which form their situation calls for. So they call, or they guess, or they do nothing until the deadline has passed.

What Eli does

Eli names the two or three forms your office publishes that could apply, in your own words, with why each might fit, what to attach, and whether the signature has to be wet ink. Every published form then opens as a guided intake built from that form, field for field, so the review side receives what the form would have.

What a person decides

Router, not oracle. It offers options and reasons, and the student picks. Nothing is decided here, and an advisor-issued form is offered as the advising appointment, never as a file, so a process you designed still starts where you designed it to.
